Experience

My name is Zack, and I'm a  California Credentialed Mathematics teacher teaching high school teacher at San Marin High School in the Novato Unified School District. Prior to this, I served as the Mathematics Department Head at a small private school in the East Bay for five years. With over 17 years of experience in teaching and tutoring, I've covered all levels of high school mathematics, science, and computer science, including Advanced Placement courses. I'm skilled in adapting my teaching methods to accommodate a diverse range of learning styles and abilities. I reside in Napa with my wife, and we are proud parents of five grown children. I am also an alumnus of UC Berkeley, where I graduated summa cum laude from the College of Natural Resources.

I can provide weekly homework support, test preparation help, and project support. I can also support students in AP-level math, science, and computer science courses and help students prepare for the AP exams. I have many years of experience teaching AP Calculus (AB and BC), AP Computer Science, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, and AP Physics (1 & 2).
